Feeding, weight and hydration come from FEDIAF, WSAVA and the AAHA/AAFP life stage guidelines. Activity and sleep don't: no veterinary body publishes a daily figure for either, so ours are sensible defaults, not clinical guidance.
Their Pawsport, a one-page health and vaccine summary, exports as a PDF any time, free. A full export of every record isn't built yet. It's on the list, but we won't promise it as though it works.
